By offering expertise in risk management, compliance, and operational support, we’ve helped these organisations meet NDIS standards and elevate their service delivery.   • 2020: In our founding year, Xyston provided strategic assistance to other accredited NDIS providers, not-for-profits, and private organisations, supporting them with compliance, risk assessments, and operational management.   • 2021: We built critical partnerships with major organisations such as the Office of the Public AdvocateDepartment of Child Protection, and Department of Justice, enhancing our ability to provide holistic, specialised care to participants with complex needs.
  • 2022: Xyston achieved compliance with ISO 9001 standards, demonstrating our strong commitment to maintaining international best practices in Quality Management Systems. This compliance reflects our dedication to delivering continuously improving services that meet the highest standards of care.
  • 2023: We achieved compliance with ISO 27001, ensuring our Information Security Management systems meet international standards, securing participant data, and protecting confidentiality. We also became compliant with Module 2A under the NDIS framework for Restrictive Practices Management, ensuring that restrictive practices are only used as a last resort and always in the best interest of participants. Additionally, we successfully passed all NDIS audits conducted on Xyston Pty Ltd, with no minor non-conformities, further cementing our commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Ongoing Recognition: Xyston continues to be praised by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Specialists for our excellence in care and management of participants with complex behavioural needs. Our reputation as a trusted provider is reinforced by our commitment to working collaboratively with mental health professionals to deliver positive outcomes for participants.
